You’ll be steps away from light rail with direct access to Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), a major hub offering direct flights from many US and international cities.
You can also expect one of the best room rates in TypeCon history: $139/night!
You betcha!
Single day and full conference tickets will go on sale in early Spring! Discounted rates will be available for students, groups, and sponsors.
Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and Twitter. Stay tuned for more announcements, proposal deadlines, and registration info in early Spring!
We will be actively seeking volunteers, speakers, workshop leaders, and ideas for nearby events, tours, and exhibitions. Let us know what you’d love to see and do in Minneapolis!
Whether you’re a designer, entrepreneur, educator, student, or simply curious about lettering and typography, you’ll find your perfect community at TypeCon!

Hi Liz.
Thanks for your interest. We’ll be putting together details about the volunteering opportunities shortly … likely after our team gets back from their visit to Minneapolis this coming week. Are you able to pop into the city for the Town Hall meeting at Esker Grove?

Excited to see the conference visit its MinneSOTA roots!
Will also watch for volunteer opportunities and ways to partner with you via the AIGA Minnesota Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Our Mike Sasorith plans to represent us on 3/14 when you’re in town. See you in a few months!
